Dr. Dyer is the best doctor I’ve ever had. They’re definitely understaffed. However, Dr. Dyer is able to do Televisits online with me which makes my life much easier. She is very compassionate and caring. I speak to her as if she’s my friend she makes me feel that I’m in good hands and comfortable.

Always went to my regular cleanings and fill ins at the dentist. Multiple times they’ve sent me home after a fill in, where it hurt so badly to even chew my food or eat anything cold, I’ve complained every single time and they always told me it was normal pain. One molar specifically was very sensitive after a fill in that they did, it was never the same ever since they touched it. The pain that I’ve had on that one molar was horrible for months. I always complained to them, and they always told me there was nothing wrong and that I was perfectly fine. I tried getting an emergency appointment so they could try to see my molar but nothing. I went to another dentist in Newburgh where they told me that I had a huge cavity on that same molar that I was told by Sun River Health Dentist ,that was fine. I ended up losing my molar due to that cavity thanks to this dentist in poughkeepsie!!

Such an amazing set of people work here. Front desk was very kind and patient. I felt really comfortable with my doctor. She made me feel heard and explained things very nicely. Best gynecologist I ever had.

Overall when I got there it was nice I went to family partnership location... Just wish there was more people around when I left. There was no receptionist or anyone really in the matter. They had to give me cash to get home. I would have had called medical transportation if I wasnt waiting for so long. By the time I was done with my exam they were closing and it was to late for me to call for medical transportation because it was after 5PM. When I needed help there was no one at the front desks there was no one around only person that helped me was a woman named millie. Which she was excellent on making sure I got home safe. The front desk staff are always friendly and attentive. The doctors and assistants are always on point with timely care and concern. Ive never had a bad experience or witnessed anyone having a bad experience. Getting appointments quickly is the best thing because when you get sick for a few days they get you in and write notes so you can return to work when its best for you to heal first. Thanks Sun River!!!

One star is generous, I would give 0 if I could. I arrived early for a 12pm appointment, but was not seen until after 2pm. When I was seen, not even the most basic physical was performed. I spent my 2+ hours waiting researching new primary care doctors online. Please dont go here unless you have absolutely no choice...Ive already submitted a complaint to them directly as well. Do not go here, they will waste your time.

I was at the Sun River Health Center on September 21, 2023! Dr. Delsanto was there and she wanted to see Dr. Tan! I tried to make an appointment for next 3 months (Dr. Delsanto orderz) but when I tried this. receptionists stated that Dr. Tan isUnavailable for after 3 months! Now I need a prescription filled now they stated they cannot because I need to schedule for an appointment! What? On September 21 I did tried to do this! Now I this prescription medication filled on my last 4 pills! Sun River IS NOT AS IT USED TO BE!! DR. CHRISTOPHERS GEORGE AND DR. DELSANTO ARE THE BEST DOCTORS! BUT THEY LEFT!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I tried to make an appointment on Mondays cwitg Dr. Simpsons because my aide is with me the whole day! My aide comes at 11:00 am on Mkbdays they booked it at 11:30 am on the same Monday! Second one Friday I asked for a Tele appointment with Dr. Simpsons! They made it for Monday! I call on M Monday rep said that they do not do Tele appointment! The rep on Friday should have told my this but they did not! The rep said they do Tele appointment on February17 on Wednesday at 2:15 pm! February 17 I called at 2;00 pm to confirm 2; 15 pm they yes! I called 2:15 they paid that the doctor is late! I called at 2:30 no doctor yet I caller 2:45 pm doctor is having trouble with the computer! I called 3:00 pm doctor still having trouble with computer! I was so rated m, flabbergasted! Then Saturday they called thar I missed the Tele appointment on February 17 at 2;15! What are they doing on Sunday River??I AM TOTALLY IRATE WITHSun River!!!!!!¡ 😠 😠 😡 👿 😤 🥹 🥹 😡 🥹

I been going there for years my primary left and I wound up with Dr Sonia Simpson Im not sure if shes a racist or has a God complex I do irresponsible and her staff as well I have experienced the worst service ever in getting a response phone call marked urgent for a return call or prescription refill and Im referring to maintenance meds not controlled substances the phone service is joke they say they marked urgent and the prescription was never sent the urgent care is excellent but the family side is poor Im seeing a new doctor at the end of the month Ill keep you updated let you know if I need to find a new provider

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Please do not waste your time going here. This place is super unprofessional and messy. They sent my prescription to the wrong place and rescheduled my appointment twice. One time being 20 minutes before my appointment because they “didn’t have the staff.” Even after telling head OBGYN nurse raven I was high risk and needed to be seen because I was dealing with pain and complications, she told me there was nothing they could do. I have never in my life felt more misheard and upset with a doctors office in my life. Please for your safety do not go to this place they do not care about their patients!

Sun River Health lost an application that took me almost 10 minutes to fill out. They had no idea where it was. I had to refill it all over again. Their wait time is almost an hour just to be seen by a doctor. However, Dr Yuliana De Los Santos was excellent! I would highly recommend her. She is transferring to another location I can understand why.

I just came back from my first appointment at Sun River Health. I saw Joyce Morse whos a nurse practitioner for my appointment. I have to say, everyone from the receptionists to the assistants to the nurses were all SO wonderful. Ive had quite a number of bad doctor visits that left me without seeing a GP for years, but after my visit today I can definitely see myself going routinely. The receptionist at both check in and check out were very kind. Everyone was polite. Joyce was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I felt that she listened to what I had to say and she never made me feel rushed or like she needed to get out of my appointment so she could get into the next. I was administered a tetanus shot by a very kind nurse who let me lie down for it and even brought me water after to make sure I was okay. She said I could take as much time as I needed before getting up and leaving. Overall, I had a really positive experience! Thanks Sun River for making my fear of the doctors a little less severe!

Was supposed to have a televisit with my primary left work early for televisit. The link was never sent and was not able to see provider . Called to ask for link or to find out what was going on and call center said she was unable to reach anyone in office . Just annoyed with waste of my time plus my issues weren’t addressed. Never received a call that provider was running behind nothing.I work in a different doctors office so I understand the whole process but this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate .

Just don’t. truly the most disorganized and understaffed dr office i’ve ever been to. they double book appointments since apparently the patients time does not matter. i’m curious if they would wait an hour for me to show up to an appointment as they expect from me. scheduling to manage time is the most basic signal of respect. something sunriver fails at every single time.

Was there @ 7:45 for my 8am dentist appt. It was very quiet and only one other patient was there other than myself. The receptionist was a nice girl but a little bit difficult to understand because Im not good understanding people with heavy accents. The dentist was very nice and it was clean. Overall it was much better than I expected. They forgot to order my meds though.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This a joke. Got a message yesterday that they cancelled my dentist appointment which was supposed to be in 2 weeks. I’ve been waiting for it for a few months now because this place was supposed to except my insurance. Well, I called them to see why was it cancelled. They said that the doctor I was scheduled with is no longer working there. Moreover, they cannot reschedule me until March of the next year! Are you kidding me? Not wasting any more time on this place.

It is absolutely appalling how a office in the medical field can treat their patients with such disrespect, and make their patients feel as if they are not only a problem, but a disruption in your day. Upon arriving the front desk receptionist Adelina is attentive, however if you aren’t quick enough for her, she will turn dismissive, which could just be from a long day, however I am unsure. The other receptionist with red hair (who I unfortunately could not get her name) is beyond sweet, and seems to genuinely attempt to help and care for patients. When called into the office by Tonya, the nurse at this location, I had a sling on and dropped my belongings by accident. I was made to feel as if I was a nuisance and a problem right then. When disclosing my diagnosis of my jaw issue, I was asked to repeat it multiple times while my tooth was bleeding, as if I was making it up, that she never heard of it, even after showing my photos from my last jaw dislocation. Soon after while collecting my information, I politely refused to disclose information regarding my menstrual cycle as 1) it is my legal right as a patient and 2) my menstrual cycle would have nothing to so with a bleeding tooth. I explained my reasoning for not wishing to disclose that (even though I really didn’t have to) I was immediately told “thats not a thing” and even if it was “its not at our practice”. While taking my blood pressure I was met with comments such as “wow you have a lot of issues” I was left in the room with discomfort and a feeling of unsafety. I decided then to seek treatment elsewhere overall. Adelina informed me that the phone number to reach the records office was the same as all of their other phones (which if you’ve ever called, never picks up), and that she didn’t know who Tonya was, even though while waiting she was speaking with her. After explaining it was nothing that she herself had done, and that I was looking for someone in person to speak with the next day (as the phone number is unreliable), while attempting to leave, Tonya came out from the back and yelled “so do you still want to be treated” attempting to be confrontational, to which I only replied “what is your name?” To which she stated “my name is Tonya Garcia and Im the only Garcia here, so if you have a problem, just give them that. Now do you want to be treated or not?”. I wrote her name down and promptly left. No one should go to a doctors appointment and feel not only unsafe but like a problem. Absolutely disgusted and will be finding a provider elsewhere.

12/5After just one appt with my new primary who is not a part of Sun River Health I received better care and attention than I ever received from Sun River. I have been reminded what true professionalism and caring really is. The staff at Sun River aren’t given proper training Just telling the truthUpdate 11/9/23Asked via text to participate in a zoom to evaluate this program. Answered yes several days ago as requested. Today is zoom conference at 2:00. Still have not received info as to how to get on the zoom conference. Typical of this organization11/9/23. Note I changed to another group. They actually answer their phones and reply to any texts I send.Calls not returned, bloodwork from another lab misfiled. Staff not receiving proper training. I had to remind the assistant who was doing my pre surgical assessment that I needed an EKG Cannot get my medical files.Email given on automated phone system to request med files gets sent back. Alternate number to an outside source requesting medical records has not returned my call from 5 days ago; even though their message says they will return my call within 24hrs.I had no problems with my physician. However I have no confidence in getting the care I need.I do not recommend Sun River Healthcare

I went to my first appointment to see my new PCP as my former PCP had fat-shamed me (ugh). My experience at HRHCare was wonderfully different and positive from the moment I arrived. I felt heard and seen (even with a mask on). Registration went smoothly and even with masks on I could see friendly eyes. The nurse practitioners (Cynthia and Patrica) were kind, considerate and friendly. Dr. Than helped me to feel at ease (no fat shaming - yay!) and took the time to get to know me. I only took one star off due to having to wait 30 min for my appt (and I arrived 20 min early) and that the signs coming into the building wasnt clear to me as a newcomer to find my way to registration. Look forward to returning as needed. Oh yeah, the doctor asked if I wanted a flu shot right then and there which saved me a trip to CVS and less exposure to others.

I came here because I moved from Beacon to Poughkeepsie. The beacon office was very nice and professional so I thought it would be the same for this office. Well I was wrong ! I can’t tell you how many times I made appointments and they rescheduled them. So for one a couple months ago I had a physical done and if i didn’t sign up for the portal I wouldn’t know any of my results because nobody called me and some of my lab numbers were funky. When I called them Multiple times to ask questions nobody returned my call. So in a whole diff department same building I now made 3 appointments for the GYN the first 2 they had to reschedule because the doctor had an emergency this 3rd one I’m 15 mins late and they tell me I have to reschedule. What a joke! I’m currently looking for a new doctors office.

Really irresponsible patient care. I have been trying to make a follow up appointment with their offices for 6+ months. Each appointment has been cancelled last minute or rescheduled due to MDs being out of the office/unavailable or equipment being broken and unwilling to purchase a new part. In addition, no one calls back to report findings. Today the final straw happened- I was called five minutes before the appointment time and asked if I wanted to schedule that follow up appointment with their office. I told them I had made one a month ago (she verified she had made it herself) and was 5 minutes away. I was then told that the physician was not there today and will no longer be practicing. I told her I needed to get in and she said she would see me in a few. When I arrived I was then told they do not keep a provider on staff and they just come in now and then to see patients- what kind of place is this?!Their inadequacies of good business practice, staff that is forward thinking, and general lack of respecting the patients whom they are supposed to take care of patients is absurd. Their failures have personally cost me $8000 in an insurance premium change. That I cannot get back and am even further frustrated by this. I chose HRH because of a community connection with one of their physicians and I believed in their model of taking care of the community. That means nothing when the staff fails over and over again and has patients fall through the cracks causing frustration to the same patients they are supposed to take care of. There is no excusing this type of behavior- especially in a large scale medical operation. They may have fancy-looking waiting rooms and nice physicians, but it is the inability to provide basic respect for clients that causes places like this to not be able to last. I am truly frustrated by HRH. I am equally frustrated at myself for putting trust in them.

They cancel your appointment all the time, they call me to cancel my appointment twice and when they gave me an appointment at 9:45, they said can’t see me because my appointment was at 9:15, I told Jennifer the lady in the urgent care second floor very rude just making sure that I leave the room,Told her if I can talk with the manager or the person or doctor who said that can’t see me, she said nobody is there, if you don’t know how to help patients why work there, pleople are just for the money not because they love to help people, it’s a mess, bad experiences ever.

Loved the care I received here and love that they are the one urgent care open later. I am always on the go and some days I work 7 am to 9 pm and don’t have much time to spare. The PA and nurse were lovely and attentive. However, I really needed my prescription filled immediately as the pharmacy closed soon after the visit and I would not have time to pick up the next day. The doctor assured me it was sent over and when I got to the pharmacy, there was nothing there and no way of contacting anyway as the office was closed and there was no one who could give me info pertaining to my urgent care visit over the phone. Very frustrating, seeing as I have a UTI and now will have to wait another day to treat something that could become more serious.

Usually get an attitude from the ladies up front. Receptionists are angels and theyre doing the best they can. Katherine Bishop as a midwife is extremely passive and wouldnt even give me five minutes of her time during my prenatal appointment. Ontop of that she underprescribed my prenatal vitamins and refused to fix it when I asked for a refill. Nobody at the office knows how to work with insurance companies for bloodwork testing. Leaving it up to me to find out that Katherine Bishop wasnt doing her job by filling out paperwork for sed test.I switched providers.Easy come easy go.

If you need an appointment, good luck. When I attempted to call the office, I was rerouted to a call center. The representative stated she could not book my appointment, and stated she will have someone from the office call me back to book it. (I called during normal business hours) Someone called me back a day later, only to tell me that they could not book an appointment. Look for a different medical group for your appointments.

The service has gotten bad!! I made a appointment for 3 and I wasn’t brought to the back until almost 4!! Did leave the building until 5!!! 2hrs is way too long for a doctors appointment!!! HRH is a disaster. Firstly if you call, irregardless of the time you always get the message we are experiencing higher than normal call volume and will wait on hold 15-20 minutes on average. No matter the time of day this always happens, clearly the call center is understaffed. Ive called 5 times since last week at various times of the day and it happened every time. I needed a prescription filled and the doctor there had her credentials lapse wth the DEA and can no longer fill prescriptions for that class of medication. This is according to United Healthcare who said that came from New York State. Possibly a glitch? That may well be as they said her creds had been renewed, but no one there has taken the time to call about it and check. This is not unique to my account at United Healthcare. I asked if while they work this out maybe another doctor could call it in several days in a row and they told me no one picked up the message. Then they said they were still waiting for a prior authorization which was not true as the pharmacy said that was cleared a week ago and anyway they would be the ones to deal with that not HRH. So well over a week without a medication I require. No now who answers the phone ever had the correct information. It is to the point where the pharmacist has been calling them trying to resolve the issue. Theres just plain something wrong with the workflow there and I would recommend if youre looking for a new provider to steer clear of HRH.

I recently moved up to Poughkeepsie and switched offices from HRH Care Beacon to HRH Care Poughkeepsie as its closer and it makes sense to have my newborn daughters pediatrician more close to home. Since she was born 2 weeks ago weve been having issues with her weight. Not only did my mother in law, baby and I wait for over an hour to be seen, the first thing this new pediatrician (Dr. Simpson) tells us is that if my daughter cant put on anymore weight within the next few days she will have to call CPS to check out the home before they can test for any medical problems. Um... Excuse me? Very rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT SEE DOCTOR SIMPSON!!! She is a racist person , who will call CPS on any family who puts her on the spot about her negligence! She has no knowledge of pediatrics! My daughter went to see her last week or so with my fiancé , she is a newborn who was having issues putting on weight. She threatened to call CPS and refused to further treat our daughter until they see she gains weight (but wouldn’t advise us on how to help her gain weight).EVERY OTHER Doctor said she was a healthy strong baby. We left this agency and put her on blast , not only did her actions go un-noticed, the office manager JUSTIFIED her actions! After a week goes by they started calling us and when we wanted no further assistance they were rude and hung up . Now out of spite CPS came to our door! Our lawyers will be involved with this clinic soon and someone will be held accountable! For any family please save yourself the heartbreak and frustration and not go here!

Horribly service! I want to sign up patient portal. As their website says, to call the number to sign up, I called many many times, one rep answered he had no idea, another rep hanged up my phone without saying a word, and after waiting for 30 mins, my call was automatically hanged up again... If you dont want the patient to sign up your terrible portal, just dont make it! Dont waste time with these people, they are not worth of it!!

Friendly front desk but Dr. Bishop had me waiting an hour past my appointment because she was still with another patient. No one could tell me how much longer she would be. Just wish someone let me know what was going on instead of sitting forgotten in the freezing room, or even give me the option to reschedule. I walked out, wont be coming back.

My mom went here recently because she has a serious pain and couldn’t go to work due to the pain, my mom suspected it were kidney stones but they insisted over and over again every time my mom would come here about the same pain. They said it couldn’t be stones because if it were of it she wouldn’t be able to stand and refused to assist her formally, she finally switched to a different doctors and turns out it was kidney stones. This is a COVID-19 related issue, beyond the practitioners range. As of last week, the Washington St office still has the moderna vaccine and can without a xiubt until April 1, or while supplies last. then you will be paying upwards of $125 according to others in the business.

I come here all the time for urgent care and both there doctors on staff that time are great one is an older man and the other is meleta she is great they always help me find out what’s going on and even give me a courtesy call a few days later to see how Iam doing most of the front desk receptionist are friendly except for two only thing that I don’t enjoy is waiting on line sometimes other then that the longest I’ve waited to be seen while seated was 35 mins

Bad service.It is supposed to work for emergencies, and it closes until 8, I went yesterday when I arrived I found a lady who was complaining because they were not attending to her, if she had already gone the day before, and they did not attend to her, she went again yesterday and they did not attend to her, it being at 6 in the afternoon.I called before arriving and they told me that I dont need an appointment, because they could see me without an appointment by entering as an emergency patient, but when I arrived, (surprise) there was no longer anyone to attend and the receptionist already had to leave.It really used to be a recommendable clinic, but today it is not, compared to what it was before, it is in ruins.

Terrible service, if the appointment is at a certain time they can see you after two hours or more, they are not ashamed to cancel your appointment on the same day to your face because the doctor is not feeling well lately I only have bad experiences with them. The receptionists are PATHETIC. All without exception. They really treat people like animals. The doctors seem like they dont know what they are doing. A doctor named dos Santos changed my fathers insulin dose (even though she is not an endocrinologist, not a specialist in that pathology) she changed my fathers dose abruptly and my father almost died from the reaction. . They definitely dont know what theyre doing. Terrible place, terrible attention, terrible service.

The worst clinic there is, they serve very late, they dont clear your doubts as a patient, the doctor doesnt answer my questions, she left and sends me an email that doesnt even know what answer to give me, they go many times the same thing happens to me every time she calls one to know the results of the laboratory the only thing they know how to say we are going to call you and they never call and when you have an appointment with them they dont even know what type of results they have to give on the contrary they get angry the nurse yells at me very ugly and The doctor has terrible service. I hope I dont return to this clinic, which for me is the worst for everything. They say its normal and its not because I always have to go to the emergency room in the end. I would give them zero stars but it cant be done😡
