Planned Parenthood - Huntington Park Health Center

Staff at this location are always super friendly and polite and professional. You can tell they truly enjoy helping out the public and are very empathetic to the patients. Today I was seen by Melissa and she was amazing, she was very friendly and professional. The whole process with her was very seamless and she made me feel comfortable. She explained everything very well, answered my questions. I will be coming back here in the future because of their excellent patient care.

This is the only planned parenthood that Ive visited that always gives me headaches every visit because of how some of the nurses are. I was very happy that one opened up only 5 min away from me but looks like Ill continue to go back to other planned parenthoods because the quality of patient service sucks compared to other facilities in LA and I gave this facility in HP 2 years a chance. I have no issues with the actual doctor conducting certain services or services themselves.

VERY CLEAN FACILITY. VERY FAST SERVICE. STAFF WAS KIND ND PROMPT WIT SERVICES I NEEDED. EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION WERE VERY EMPATHETIC TO MY NEEDS ND VERY PROFESSIONAL. DR SHOWED CONCERN ND WENT ABOVE ND BEYOND TO HELP WIT MY NEEDS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC ND I WILL DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN. THANK YOU

Patient processing time was great I was just not thrilled about the patient sample collection. PA was forceful when collecting samples there was no care what-so-ever, some gentleness would have been appreciated.

Nice clean facility the staff on shift today very nice/helpful ladies had a same date appointment thank you got in and out.

EASY AND FAST!!! I recommend this spot !! 😋🫶🫶🫶 and they’re new ! All the workers here are nice and very helpful :))))

Came for an implant removal and the wait time was pretty quick as well as the procedure. Everyone that helped me was so nice and professional.

Make me feel comfortable and safe! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Service is also fast. No long waits with appointments. They explain everything so well! You can come and get birth control and so much more services! Buen servicio, ayudan con todas las preguntas.

The medical assistants are so kind and helpful. The doctor was also very informative and helpful. I wish the community knew more about all the different health services PP offers.

This place is what’s bad service if u have an appointment at 12:15 but they tell u the wait time is 45 minutes!? What’s the point in having an appointment if I’m getting treated like I just walked in. I have other places to be and this is irritating having to be here on time 10 mins before my appointment and now I gotta wait an hour!? Come on this isn’t good service!…..

Great experience, from front office to back office. My medical assistant Erendira Ochoa was the best. She answered all of my questions and concerns.
